Here is what i mix in the smashed egg yolks of the hard boiled eggs.
mayo
mustard
wostershire sauce
chili powder
salt
black pepper
I mix all these ingredients together and fill the egg white halves and refrigerate.
I just guess on the amounts, because sometimes I make just 6 eggs and other times I cook a dozen eggs and make them all deviled. You just got to experiment.

I use
1T vinegar
1t mustard powder
6 eggs
1/4 c mayo
you can add chopped hot peppers for some spice if you want or hot sauce instead of 1/2 the vinegar
Mayo
Dijon mustard
Onion powder
Celery salt
Pepper
Dill weed
Crabmeat and or chopped shrimp
And sprinkle the tops with paprika and a little extra dill for decoration
You can also do it this way
Cooked crumbled sausage
Mayo
Dijon mustard
Onion powder
Salt and pepper
Paprika for decoarting and dried parsley

I usually just mix them with mayo, salt & pepper and sprinkle paprika on top. Sometimes I add mustard. All of the above ideas sound great, I'm just lazy. I don't think you can mess up a devilled egg because....they're devilled eggs!!! And we can eat them!! Yay! I bring them to parties now and they get hoovered usually before I can get the plate down on the table. Non-Atkineers think they are "sinful". I think they were sent from heaven. lol Oh, sorry, that isn't what you asked is it?
It is amazing how quickly they go at a party isn't it!? I love it, cause they are soo cheap to make! We can get an 18 pack of eggs for 99 cents! So even if I do 2 of them I hardly spent any money!
