Found this in the recipes. But, I am not sure how much cocoa powder I would add to make them a Chocolate Meringue......
3 egg whites, at room temperature
1/4 teaspoon cream of tartar 1/2 cup of Splenda (not the packets - the one that you measure like regular sugar)
