    Found this in the recipes. But, I am not sure how much cocoa powder I would add to make them a Chocolate Meringue......

    3 egg whites, at room temperature
    1/4 teaspoon cream of tartar 1/2 cup of Splenda (not the packets - the one that you measure like regular sugar)
    1 teaspoon vanilla

    Start with a tablespoon. The cocoa powder will act like flour because it will thicken up the meringue---shouldn't affect flavor or texture at all.

    Tell us how they turn out.

      mix your cocoa powder with the Splenda so you can distribute it better

        You'll need additional sweetener to compensate for the bitterness of the cocoa.
