Take 1 lb of crab claw meat

Mix in two eggs, a dash of cream, some salt, pepper, some chopped up green onions, a touch of cayenne, and a healthy slug of old bay.

Mix in 1/4 or so of oat bran (whole out bran 0 net carbs)

form into patties, fry them up, only flip once so they don't fall apart.

      Crab Cakes

1 lb fresh crabmeat, cleaned and flaked
1/2 cup finely chopped green bell pepper
      1/4 cup finely chopped onion
      1 egg, beaten
      1 teaspoon dry mustard
      3/4 cup keto bread crumbs
      1/2 teaspoon Tabasco
      Vegetable oil

      1. Mix crabmeat, pepper, onion, egg, mustard, tabasco and 1/2 of the Keto crumbs. Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour or until mixture firms up.

      2. Shape crab mixture into 10 3/4 inch thick patties; coat w/ remaining keto crumbs.

      3. Pour oil into heavy large skillet to 1/2 inch depth; heat over medium heat. Brown crab cakes in batches for 3-5 minutes on each side or until done. Drain on paper towels!

        Crab Cakes

2 cans of crabmeat (trader joe's is very good 1.99 a can)
1/4 cup finely minced red bell pepper
2 green onions (the whole thing) finely minced
        1 egg, beaten
1 teaspoon old bay seasoning (your preference)
1/4 cup finely ground pork rinds* (use a food processor)
        1/4 cup finely minced cilantro
a few dashes of tabsco (or a finely minced jalepeno) MMM :nod
1 tablespoon of mayo (no sugar added)
        Vegetable oil

        1. Mix crabmeat, and everything else form into 6 patties about 1 inch thick. chill for 15 mins or so
        2. Pour oil into heavy large skillet to 1/2 inch depth; heat over medium heat. Brown crab cakes in batches for 3-5 minutes on each side or until brown and crispy. Drain on paper towels!
*(if you find you dont like the flavor of pork rinds, use just a tablespoon of the crumbs to bind it and you wont even know they are there
