Hi. I just started the Induction part of Atkins and I've got to say, I feel so good! Physically, mentally, etc.
I was wondering if beef jerky, home made, would be ok for induction? I am not fond of pork rinds, but I do have an appetite for meat. Is it possible to make a carb-free jerky coating so I can have something to nibble on between meals?
