  • Induction Beef Jerky Recipe?

    Hi. I just started the Induction part of Atkins and I've got to say, I feel so good! Physically, mentally, etc.

    I was wondering if beef jerky, home made, would be ok for induction? I am not fond of pork rinds, but I do have an appetite for meat. Is it possible to make a carb-free jerky coating so I can have something to nibble on between meals?

    homemade beef jerky would be great. Do you have to coat jerky? If so, just sub splenda for any sugar, and you would be good to go.

      Do I have to coat jerky? You know, I never thought of that. No, I don't have to. I think it would taste fine without the jerk coating. That gives me a lot to think about now. Chicken, turkey, beef, pork!
