Ok, I am on induction and we have a brunch at church on sunday, I need something really yummy because it is all I will be able to eat and it needs to keep me away from those CHEESE GRITS!!! (and danishes and muffins and ugh I can't tell you how much carb loaded stuff there is... most of my class needs atkins... sigh) So... anyone have some thing I can take that will be good for me and the others won't know they are eating right??? I would appreciate as many ideas there are! THANKS!!!

Hi Bama. I dont know if these would work for your brunch or not but I found the recipe on here a few weeks ago and I love them.
roll of pork sausage browned up.
12 eggs
You brown the sausage in a skillet and drainthe extra grease off. Divide the sausage into muffin tins (not the huge ones, normal sized ones. it will make 12 easily). Then crack an egg into each tin (break the yolks). Bake in the oven at 350. Easy basic recipe. Ive added chopped mushrooms, onion, cheese as well to them and had them turn out nicely.(they also heat up great even a few days later!)
