  • Mozerralla sticks

    i heard ppl having cheese sticks,i dont have those availabe in my country,the recipes i found online contain,bread crumbs,and flour..does any one have a recipe without using nasty carbs?
    plus what kind of Dip u use to eat with them?
    we arent a cheese eating culture ,we just stick to basic dairy that is milk and yougart..and i cant have both.
    any help is apreciated

    I think that the cheese sticks that people are referring to are cheese string sticks. Basically this is a stick of solid cheese that has been manufactured so that you can shred it easily into strings.

      Since you arent a cheese laden country, Id imagine that if you found mozzarella in block form (or that misshappen ball that it usually comes in) you could cut pieces off and continue with the recipes as written.

        we get cheese like in a block..and i can cut it into pieces..looking for the recipe thank u so much.
