  • Pork loin roast

    Can anyone tell me what to do with a pork loin roast for Induction?

    If you like Sauerkraut just throw it in a crock pot or slow cooker with sauerkraut and a little water and let it slow cook all day! Might want to add a little salt and pepper on the meat or throw in some peppercorns.

      Since they are a rather decent sized hunk of meat for one person.... I typically cube half of the roast, heavily season it and then use it for stirfyr, kabobs etc. the other half I use as a roast with either veggies or kraut.

        Oh definatley if its a big one, make several meals like ToC said! We slice some of it up into porkchops--which are great breaded in porkrinds with seasonings and fried..or even with parmesean if you don't care for pork rinds.

        If its one of those small tenderloins, those are great marinated and grilled whole as well!
