Guacamole is made from avocadoes.
Frankly, I like avocadoes, peeled, sliced or cubes and eaten tossed in a green salad, with either grilled chicken or tuna.~Megs~

Avacado hollandaise is to DIE for. I cheat, I buy Maille (a French brand) mayonnaise (it is quite low in carbs and no nasty hidden traps), take half a jar (105gms), chop half an avocado in the food processor, add the hollandaise and mix. I add a little cream in the sauce jug befire heating in the microwave. Delicious over chicken or pork. (You need to add the avaocado carbs to the hollondaise carbs to count it in your daily total).
Avoccado is also nice on pizza (top with thin wedges oce pizza is cooked and return to oven for about 1-2 mins), and similarly on baked chicken breasts (as for the pizza).

I like them sliced with a little lemon juice and salt and pepper. Sliced, it is also good on top of a Cheeseburger made with swiss cheese and mayo.
My favorite dip is advocado chopped and mixed with a little mayo, sour cream, chopped tomato and a little salt and pepper, maybe a little onion powder if you want the onion flavor.

I love them as is! so creamy and yummy. Also love Analog6's suggestion of using it on pizza and with chicken! Before Atkins, my favorite use for them was on a BLT sandwich, lots of thin slices.... oh so yummy.Female, 30
