Iced latte like dunkin donuts?

Ok so how do i make my own w/out ending up w.a watered mess???

According to the dunkin donuts website, the iced latte contains:

Ingredients: Water, Milk (Pasteurized, Homogenized Grade A Milk, Vitamin D3), Brewed Coffee

So, you'll want to brew a strong cup of coffee (decaf if caffeine stalls you), add either carb countdown milk or cream/water and chill.

As far as a sweetener is concerned, I've heard stories that splenda doesn't work all that well in coffee, so you might want to think about the same sort of combination one would use in chocolate. Splenda plus erythritol seems popular. Or splenda plus a good stevia.

Stevia or Splenda works great in coffee, and so do DaVinci's sugar free flavored syrups.

This is how I used to make an iced coffee, before I gave it up
take a tall glass and fill it with crushed ice pour in about 1 ounce of heavy cream pour in cold coffee and add splenda to taste. stir well and enjoy this is so good you will feel like your cheating. just dont go over your limit for splenda and cream.
