Looking for stirfry recipes, no rice or pasta substitute recipe.

Most soy sauces i find have sugar in them, if anyone knows of a certain induction friendly soy sauce or brand or something let me know, other sauces im looking for would be a shezuan stiryfry sauce, a ginger stiry fry recipe, and a hot stir fry recipe.

    Thanks!

A good Induction friendly soy sauce substitute would be nuoc mam, a Vietnamese liquid condiment made from fermented fish. Other than that, follow the standard stir fry recipes. Sugar is really not needed in most stir fries. You can leave it out entirely or substitute Splenda or stevia.

A good chicken stir fry is to use real chicken stock and thicken it slightly with xantham gum. A bit of splenda gives it the chinese type of taste.

Nix the sugar, cornstarch and oyster sauce in the recipes and you'll have a pretty good stir-fry.
