Cilantro Cream Sauce

Hello All!

Just wondering if anyone has came up with a cilantro cream sauce that can be poured on top of chicken breast?

I just can't figure out how or what I need to use!

All help is much appreciated!

Finely chop cilantro leaves and the tender upper stems, discarding the coarse lower stems. Warm up some butter and heavy cream in the saucepan and toss the cilantro in. Simmer for just a few minutes, adding whatever spices seem tasty - garlic would be my pick, and some black pepper and a dash of sea salt. Finish with a squeeze of lime juice and pour over the chicken.
