What are" clouds"?

I was coasting through many areas tonight and saw someone mention a recipe for "clouds" I can't find the recipe anywhere --what is this?

clouds are
1 8oz package of cream chease room temp
1 stick of butter room temp
splenda and flavoring of choice and to taste
mix until fluffy with an electric mixer

then drop by teaspoons on wax paper and freeze

Be warned about clouds....A couple of years ago they were all the rage in the Induction forum. We found that for some people, those clouds trigger massive sugar/carb cravings and that once these people ate them, they couldn't stop. A few people fell off Atkins because of them. So be careful. Make a quarter of the recipe and see what it does to you. If it makes you want to eat more of them or if it makes you want to just eat anything in sight. Tear up the clouds recipe and go on your merry cloud-free way.

Thanks so much for the recipe and the info; I think I'll make some with the idea that they are a treat and only eat one when I feel nothing else will sufice. They must be greasy feeling with all the fat ??
