Now let me preface this by saying I am over 50, and the mind goes fast. Last year I made egg mcmuffin look/taste alikes in the microwave. I remember using a small pyrex bowl, cracking an egg into it, covering it with a slice of canadian bacon, and cheese and nuking it. It was delicious. I tried it this moring and I had exploded egg all over my microwave. Am I missing a step?
