Come on, you've deprived yourself of flour for months on end and now that it's okay, you can't think of anything to make? I'm probably 8 months away from maintenance and my list is READY

    Biscuits
    Buns
    bread
    gravy
    brownies
    pie
    pastries
    pumpkin bread
    Tortillas
    Waffles
    Pizza
    Pasta
    Crackers
    Muffins
    Cake

Use a small amount to add texture to a recipe you are making using other, lower carb flours. Muffins and breads work great when you use something like canned unsweetened pumpkin or roasted sweet potato pulp with eggs and water or milk as the liquid base, then toss in things like whey protein powder, ground nut flour, oat bran and wheat bran, and a wee bit of whole wheat flour for texture.

Wheat protein isolate is also excellent for baking. See the FAQ in Low Carb Cooking Lessons.
