  • Pork Loin Chop Recipe

I usually just grill pork loin chops with a little bit of garlic salt and pepper. Does anyone have a good marinade or rub? I love pork chops!

Cajun, Creole, Soul, Barbecue, and Jerk, seasonings are all delicious. Also you could crush barbequed flavored pork rinds as a crust.
I also love pork. I like the shoulder steaks as they seem to be juicier than the loin or chop, probably because they have more fat. LOL

mmmmm this is making me want BBQ shredded pork and cole slaw. I think I might just have to look up a low carb bbq sauce and go to the store yet again! LOL

Honestly the only things that come to mind when I usually make pork chops is garlic, salt, pepper and pan fry them in my cast iron. Pan fried/grilled with cream of mushroom. Sweet and sour pork with bell peppers (still need to find a low carb induction friendly version of this one). Panfried/grilled topped with a Creamy dijon sauce.

      Pork tenderloin (whole)
Italian dressing type of marinade with rosemary and garlic then into the crock pot.
Leftover pork lion, shred it, put it on a bed of lettuce with salsa, sour cream, and cheese. (can nuke it a bit before the sour cream if you want the cheese melted.
