Re: Pork Shoulder Butt Blade Steaks
I've had them before, I put lemon pepper, garlic salt and put them under the broiler. Easy peasy.~Joy

Re: Pork Shoulder Butt Blade Steaks
I know this is an old question, but just came accross this. Pork Blade steak is actually my favorite pork cut (more fat in it so not as dry as chops).
I like to broil them, salt, pepper and hot sauce. Very tasty!
Also, they are good roasted with saurkraut.

Re: Pork Shoulder Butt Blade Steaks
Seasoned Salt (Lawry's) is the best on any cut of pork. I love it! I throw some on there and just broil it. Pork Producers's salt is also good, but saltier than Seasoned Salt.Higgies

Re: Pork Shoulder Butt Blade Steaks
Here are some links from the National Pork Producers that should help you with this idea. All of these recipes are under 5 net carbs.
My husband serves as a delegate to the National Pork Board, so I tend to be passionate about this site. There are other great Atkins-friendly ideas here as well for other pork cuts. Good luck, and good eating!June Goals
1. Continue with water
2. Use bike more (3x per week would be nice).
3. Continue with videos.
4. Go to the YMCA for water classes.
5. Build stamina for more walking.
Goals for May:
1. Water every day - at least 100 oz.
2. Walk through Wal Mart instead of ride.
3. Post every day.
4. Get the exercise bike out of basement and use it!
5. Re-read DANDR! It's been too long.
