I have a boneless cross rib roast in the fridge. It's already been frozen, so I have to cook it. I don't know if this is a crockpot type roast or an oven roast. It was pretty cheap which makes me think it's a tough thing, although we did get it on sale, so maybe it's not. Any recommendations on what I should do with it?
