Cheese sauce

Anyone have another recipe for cheese sauce? The one here in this section uses sour cream and I can't stand sour cream.

I am not sure if this is ok for induction or not...

I use white American cheese...it says it has 1 carb per slice, but when you melt this over broccoli it tastes just like velvetta...

I would imagine to make a sauce melt and add a tablespoon of water or cream....but i just melt mine and it is real creamy like
