You can basically sub any protein powder for another in a recipe. you will get a slightly different texture and taste. Check the recipe data base and type in whey or protein powder and see what you find.

I use it as flour in my flax meal muffins the recipe is in the recipe section.

there are many bread type recipes using it.

I also use it in my flax hot flax cereal

I tried noodles with it but they were too rubbery.
