What in the world am I supposed to do with this thing? I was at Sam's Club and bought two. The first one I made, I wrapped in bacon and put it in the oven, and hubby and I were not impressed. Give me your best Pork Tenderloin recipe por favor

      Re: Pork Tenderloin

I like to slice it up and make the Atkins.com recipe for pork tenderloin medallions in creamy mustard sauce, that is an excellent recipe.

      http://www.atkins.com/recipes/p/pork...tard-sauce-178

Or marinate it in lemon pepper and grill it whole.

I always double the sauce --but I'm a sauce freak!

I often find that mustard sauce deserves at least one "whoooo whooo". Often however, I save the double whooooo whoooos" for the garlic sauces.

                  But each to their own......

                  lol

Ah Rich, but this sauce is a garlic mustard cream sauce! so its a double bonus! You know I normally don't like anything mustardy, but this is more creamy than anything, very light on the mustard flavor!

I wonder if the sauce would be good over a grilled chicken breast, with a bit of goat cheese? Or am I just talking crazy?

Miss Phode, slighty off topic, but I bought some goats cheese yesterday, following our conversation. I thought it was very nice.

Hmm, goat cheese to me is a little too strong for that, but to each their own! Now there is a Tarragon Cream sauce for chicken that is to die for...let me find that one for you

Isn't it good? I broiled a chicken breast, and diced it up with 2 small tomatos and some crumbled goat cheese for lunch today. I LOVE goat cheese. I wish I had some olives to go with.
