beef recipes?

:wave hi, i have looked for different recipies that are induction friendly for beef, a basic easy one, i found a meatloaf one, but ive eaten that for a week already please help.. something quick, easy, and w/ just a few ingrediants that dont have a but a couple of carbs. thank you sooo much!
