  • Who had that chicken parmesan recipe??

The other day I ran across a most delicious looking recipe for chicken parmesan. Someone had it posted on the ADBB, along with a picture. I can't find it and I really want it. Where are you?

Here ya go. Due to the almond flour it is not induction friendly, by the way.

Thanks so much Barb! That's exactly what I was looking for. Bummer I can't have it on induction. I'll tuck it away it for safe-keeping though. It looks TOO good!

Its really good with the almond flour, but you can make it using just parmesean until you're on the nut rung!

I have a really good recipe for induction for chicken! Try it...you'll like it.
          Heroin Wings
          4 pounds chicken wings
          1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
          2 tablespoons dried parsley
          1 tablespoon dried oregano
          2 teaspoons paprika
          1 teaspoon salt
          1/2 teaspoon pepper
          1/2 cup butter

Preheat the oven to 350 F
          Cut the wings in half
Combine all the ingredients into a bowl except the chicken and butter.
Line the baking pan with foil
Melt the butter in a shallow bowl
Dip each piece of chicken in the butter, then roll in the cheese and seasoning mixture and arrange in the foil lined pan
          Bake for 1 hour

Each wing has only a trace of carbs and 4 grams of protein.
