i LOVE all the recipes on here and especially the pICURES you guys post with it ! I have tried quite a few recipes, but i was wondering about

INDUCTION FRIENDLY ONLY PLEASE !!!!


i am getting so so so bored with meats and fish just sauteed with butter and sauteed veggies !

Ohhh and ANY DESERTS IDEAS PLEASE !!!!!!!

No pics but I have suggestions....

Fauxjitas: grilled chicken breast or steak sliced and rolled into large lettuce leaves with grilled peppers, onions, salsa and/or guacamole.

Meatloaf with faux mashed potatoes

Roast turkey or pork chops with faux mashed sweet potatoes

Cobb salad (recipe in the Food Chat section or in the recipe section of DANDR 2002)

Hamburger on a Atkins Revolution Roll

Philly Cheesesteak on a Atkins Revolution Roll

Hot Brown Sandwich: hot roast turkey on an ATkins Revolution Roll topped with a Parmesan cheese sauce and crispy bacon.

Egg foo young: beat an egg, add bean sprouts, cook like a pancake.
