Suzanne Somers (Somersizing is also a low-carb lifestyle) has a sugar substitute that is supposedly wonderful that comes in a container like normal sugar, not packets. You can go to her site and purchase it.

Splenda comes in packets, but also comes loose in a box for cooking with....
