    Pickled Beets?

    Anyone have a tried and true recipe for pickled beets?

    Not yet, but planning on working on one when I get to the veggie rung that allows beets. Love them. I don't think it could be too hard to just replace the sugar with Splenda.

      Splenda works fine as a one to one sub for sugar in pickling.
