Hi everyone!
I just bought a crock pot and wondered if people could post their favorite crock pot recipes. Or, alternately, their favorite stew recipes that could be modified to crockpot cooking. I thought this would be an easy way to stay atkins friendly without having too much effort in cooking, but I don't know too many good recipes for the thing! *griN*
