try this yummmmm I am going to make this for my son's bday how that you gave me the idea!!!
2 lbs of boneless chicken (I like the dark meat for this because it does not dry out) 4 cloves of garlic smashed 1 1/2 cup full fat yogurt 1 tble of fresh minced ginger 1/3 cup white vinegar 1/4 cup fresh squeezed lemon juice or lime is fine in this 1/8 tsp of ground cardamom you can use two pods instead 1 teaspoon of fresh ground allspice
I marinate the chicken overnight in everything above pureed in a blender then the next day I use my shallow Dutch oven but you can use any baking dish and just cook the chicken in the oven in the marinade ...like 375 until done....
for the wrap you can use low carb tortillas, lettuce leaves or pitas
so then you need of course some Tahini dressing , and sliced veggies, especially really great cucumbers and sweet yellow onions sliced thin...really ripe tomatoes.....fresh herbs ..feta olives whatever put out lots of bowls
..but honestly I love this with mango/cilantro/lime salad and the tahini ..oral overdose
you can buy tahini dressing if you want or just make some with
tahini, lemon juice, garlic and yogurt mixed to desired taste and consistancy
