  • microwave or grill

Hi folks, it has been a long time since I posted here. I have a dilema I am hoping you all have suggestions for. I just moved to a new house and the kitchen is being remodeled (like it is down to the studs and will be for the next month!). I don't have a stove/oven to use for the next month so I just have the ability to microwave or grill food. I don't want to buy a toaster oven because I won't use it when the month is up. Anyway, do you all have good standby recipes that don't involve anything on the oven or baking? I am getting awfully tired of "sandwich" wraps (with lettuce) and microwaved soups etc.

I like shrimp peeled and deveined, marinated in basil and garlic and then wrapped with bacon ( I slightly precook the bacon in the microwave for about 1 min.) put them on skewers and grill! YUM

wonderful! I never knew how much I really used my oven and stovetop until I didn't have the capability to use them! I cant' even make scrambled eggs for the time being.

Thanks so much for the suggestion.
