I'm trying to find an induction recipe for pancakes and flax... Or even just flax! I need something other than egg (PMSing! Over share, but..)! Anyone have one??

Follow directions carefully and they'll come out perfect.
Wisk together the above ingredients. Allow the mixture to sit for 10 minutes. The mixture will be very thick. Oil and preheat your griddle to just a little above medium. Spoon the mixture by heaping Tbsp. and it should make 3 or 4 pancakes. Cook for 4.5 minutes on one side then flip and cook for an additional 4.5 minutes. They should be nicely browned and fluffy.
Top them off with a pat of butter and 2 Tbsp. of Atkins Syrup (1 carb)

flax cakes are
1T of cream, sour cream and oil with one egg and 1/4-1/2 cup water mixed togeter and added to 1/4cup flax meal, and 1/2t baking powder with some cinnamon if you want it that have been mixed together.
let it all sit ofr about 5 min as the flax will develope and thicken. it it is to thick add rest of the water up to 1/2 c total spoon it into a greased frying pan that has bewen preheated on medium should make 4 cakes. cover and turn heat to lowand let cook 4 min flip and cook 4 more min. if you increase the temp to cook it fast you get raw in the middle or burnt
Mmmm! Flax cakes are a great change of pace. I make mine like 2Big, and spread some cream cheese or butter on them.
