Re: induction friendly mock danish recipe
mock danish is very induction friendly
it is a do it yourself to your needs and taste recipe
1) soften 1-3 ounces of cream cheese
(I use 1 others use 2-3 in a microwave proof dish)
2) stir in whatever flavor you want if you are using flavored sugarfree syrups. the original recipe uses cinnamon and splenda 1-2 packets depending on your tastes I don't use sweetener as creem cheese tastes very sweet to me.
3) mix this well
4) remove about 1 teaspoon to use as iceing if you want yours iced.
break 1-3 eggs into the softened cream cheese mix. again depending on your needs and hunger I use one in mine others use more.
5) stir it up leave some cream cheese blobs if you like it to be like cheese dasnish if you like.
6 nuke 1-2 minutes till set it will fall when you take it out.
let it cool a bit before you ice and eat or you will burn your mouth.
if you are using flax per rule 12 of induction you add it to the cream cheese before the eggs for better distribution and you don't leave in cram cheese lumps.
it is more bread texture with the flax. You will need to experiment to see how you like it. if you think you are hungry you can do it as one to one and then make the second one. you will be amazed how your hunger is gone before you get the second one cooled. if not eat it too. but if you do just put it up for a snack later.
rememeber you have to count the cream cheese and your sweetner however much of each you use in your daily limits.
