i am looking for a cocktail sauce for shrimp and other seafood. all the ones i have found start with ketchup, unfortunately in poland we dont have the low carb ketchup, so i am wondering if anyone has a recipe from scratch. thanks.

It never ceases to amaze me of how easy and how effective this ***diet*** is!!
I have since re-gained a bit of weight, but that is soon to be coming off again!

What about using Linda's "BETTER "HEINZ" KETCHUP" http://users3.ev1.net/~fontlady/better_heinz_ketchup.html and then adding horseradish to it?------------------------------------------
