    baking shirataki noodles

Has anyone baked shiritaki noodles before?? I recently fond some of the INCREDIBLE little darlings and as luck would have it, they havent given me cravings! yay! Ive made a nice alfredo with artichoke hearts, mushrooms and chicken sausage and was thinking that it woudl be VERY good baked with a nice cheese crust on top.

So............ has anyone baked them? Ive got a recipe for mac and cheese that I can alter to make friendly and would love to try it with the noodles. I just dont want them to melt or get weird in texture/consistency.

    Thanks!

I've never baked them. But go ahead and try it out on a small portion.

since you want a cheese crust on top how about broiling them with the cheese on top? they are 96% water with a littel fiber holding the water
