I made one (preatkin) that was unstuffed and in the crockpot. Chopped up cabbage, browned ground beef or turkey, can of diced tomatoes, whatever spices you like. (it also called for brown rice which is obviously not friendly to atkins). turned out great and was very filling. not to mention easy cause Im not about to stuff cabbage leaves LOL
