I need a good recipe for tartar sauce if anyone knows. I make my own pickles < not sweet> was hoping to use those.

I just use mayo and a little mustard and mix. Adjust the mustard to taste.

Here's my recipe. I make this when I have Salmon or Shrimp.

      1 cup mayo (0 carbs)
1 tsp lemon juice (1 carb)
      1 tsp chopped olives ( 0 carbs - I don't care for olives so I omit this)
1 tsp chopped parsley (0 carb)
1 tsp dill relish (1 carb)
1 tsp minced onions (1 carb)
1 tsp chopped capers (0 carbs - I omit this too)

Mix and chill in refrigerator for a hour before using to let the flavors mingle. Bon Appetite!

stick your pickles in your food processor and a chop they will get fine quickly add a little of your pickle juice until they stick together. Then just add the rest of the ingredients and mix. Happy tartar sauce.
