Re: !!!Cocoa Please!!!
she wants exact recipes cause she has the cup of cream 5 T coccoa one from another site
you can use the cream cut to 1/2 cup and 2/3 water with 2T cocoa powder and 1packet of sweetner or you could use the other recipe and just fix 1/2 of it to use as your energency fix and just sip a little at a time as those TOM cravings hit cause you know they are not a one time thingby the book atkinseer

Re: !!!Cocoa Please!!!
I followed the recipe on the back of the hersheys cocoa powder, it was
2 Tbsp sugar (splenda of course)
2 Tbsp Cocoa
dash of salt
1 cup milk ( used 1/2C Cream and 1/2 C water)
1/4 tsp vanilla extract
Heat water and cream in microwave until hot, add cocoa, splenda and salt slowly stir well, because it does clump a bit then add vanilla.
Its very good.
Use liquid splenda to reduce the carbs www.pureliquidsweetness.com

Hey there...Did you read the ingredients? I gave you links of acceptable foods.
How many carbs does it list?
If you post the ingredients, someone may be able to help you.
I have this at home, yours may be similar? MINE is DEFINITELY not legal. At the very least it has milk---what about yours?
I have a 60 cal no sugar added at home that I keep for one of my sons...he loves hot chocolate when he visits on these cold winter days.
It has 10 carbs, 0 fiber, 7 grams of sugar.
Ingredients: Modified whey, Nonfat milk, cocoa (processed with alkali), maltodextrin, hydrogenated cocoa oil, calcium carbonate, less than 2% of salt, disodium phosphate, carrageenan, mono-and diglycerides, acseulfame potassium, sucralose, artificial flavors. CONTAINS: MILK259/206/149

You are most welcome!Originally posted by gc1379 View Postthey list 4g of carbs and 1g of fiber.
& AHH yeah it contains milk...
*thinks* this is going to be harder than i thought*
anyways thanks for stopping me, i almost made a big mistake
What I am hoping you will learn is how to read labels, ingredients, etc so you can do this properly.
It is not hard once you read, read, and read all the info and use the tools. I have lost 42#, and it was a little hard in the beginning, but once I used the tools, and read all the info in the forums on top of the page-there is so much there to help you-it got very easy fast.
No eating plan is without planning. "Even the push away from the table" diet requires you to decide when to stop eating...LOL! Give it some time, and we are here to help. But remember READ the labels and ingredients. It might be easier to stick to simpler, less processed foods as a rule of thumb.
It really isn't hard at all.259/206/149
