  • Chicken Wings

    I'm really craving them and my mind has gone blank. I know there's a very simple way to fix them that is induction legal, using just the Frank's Hot Sauce and one or two other ingredients.

    Can anybody help?

    Or any other ideas for wings would be great. I thought that might be a good thing to fix a big batch of so I can take them for lunches.

    you can bake the wings plain in the iver till crisp 425 F works great and then dip them in your sauce made of 1/2C hot sauce and 1/3 cup butter and return tio oven till crisp or some folk skip the last crisp part



    OR you can deep fat fry them and then mix with the suace

    every biody modifies the sauce to thier tastes I love mine very hot so I use a habenero hot sauce other like it mild so they use less sauce to butter ratio

      Butter.. that was it! I kept thinking milk but I knew that wasn't induction friendly.

          The wings are out of the freezer, and I can't wait! I never would have dreamed I could eat those and lose weight!

            just remember =while the wings are legal you can not eat them till your belly is stuffed.

            you eat only enought to staisfy your HUNGER at the time you are eating ( and be sure to have some of your veggies with them too) and stop so it could be 3 wings or it could be 10 but only the amount you need ofr hinger and nothing else. you can have wings for every meal if you want but only feed your hunger.

              I promise to only feed the hunger.

              I didn't do very well yesterday with spreading out veggies. I had them but most of them at once. So I decided to work on that today. For breakfast I had some pumpkin with cream cheese, pumpkin pie spice and 1 sweetener. I had a veggie for breakfast and it was a TREAT!
