    Low Carb Holiday Eggnog ???

    I am looking for a low carb eggnog recipe.....preferably from scratch if possible (ie. without the divinci's SF syrup - I have heard it comes in eggnog flavor, but I would like to use regular spices instead of the flavored syrup) Any ideas? Please post. Thanks!

      oh, I just noticed they have a recipe there for Chocolate Eggnog

        I just use a regular eggnog recipe (like the one in the link below) and substitute the sugar with artificial sweetener and use diluted heavy cream ( 1 part heavy cream + 3 parts water) for the milk.

          I just made some and it is chilling in the refrigerator.....and I whipped up some heavy cream to put on top YUM! I'll let you know how it turns out! Thanks for the recipe referrals. Kat

            Kat I would love to know if it turned out nicely

            I've never tasted eggnog, but it sounds intriguing to me
