    Flax Pancakes

    I used to make the yummiest flax pancakes, but I have forgotten the recipe. I believe they are induction friendly and if they are I want to start making them again for breakfast. Can anyone post it if they know it?

    This is the one I use often
    2 eggs
    3 Tbsp ground flax,
    1 tsp of baking powder
    1 tsp of cinnamon,
    a 'splash' of vanilla
    1Tbs of cream if desired

    Beat eggs
    Add rest of ingredients
    Fry in butter

      Thats it! Thanks. I couldn't remember the baking powder part. I cant wait to make them tomorrow.
