    Oh I made mine hot allright. I was crying sweet jesus they were so hot. It's the actual texture and mouth-feel of the greens...slimy cooked things.

      From a Southerner, if they were slimy, they weren't fresh. Did you put baking soda and vinegar in them? Spinach is what I can't eat, now that is S L I M Y!!!
