Check out some of the posts in low-carb cooking lessons for how to make various breadlike substances. Flax and Soy Flour are both lacking when used by themselves, but if you combine them, or combine flax with things like Whey Protein isolate, Fibers, and other flourlike things you can get very satisfying breadlike results.
