I used to make a dip with Sour Cream, Mayo and Uncle Dan's dressing ( hate the bottle stuff) any comments on this, it does have milk solids in it, if it's a no would it be alright with just sour cream mayo and blue cheese.
I know, planning for when I get to add a few more Veg. ( Guess that is going to be my comming out party. LOL

sour cream, mayo and blue cheese is fine..and very yummy!
I don't know what uncle dan's is so I cannot help you with that. but check the package and see how many carbs per serving, see if there is sugar in it. Usually we find it is good if your dressing is 2 carbs or less per serving...total so that would be counting the carbs already in the sour cream, mayo and blue cheese

Don't know what that uncle stuff is either. I like to make a home blue cheese dressing with cream cheese, mayo, blue cheese and cream. yum
