    Crackers from Pecans?

I have a lot of pecans and was wondering if anyone had a recipe for low carb pecan crackers or recipes in general?

    Thanks
Don't judge me by your ignorance.

I don't but that sounds interesting--yummy actually! We have a beautiful pecan tree in our front yard, unfortunatley we also have way too many squirrels--we have not been able to get one pecan off of that tree for ourselves in 2 years! :guns

If I were to make a nut cracker (no pun intended), I would use ground nuts, protein powder or vital wheat gluten (if you're that far along in the diet) and egg white to bind it.
