    Hello,

This member has mentioned Garlic Mayo under the post "dipping sauces for meat" and I was wondering if anyone had that recipe? Do you use the garlic powder, salt or minced?

    Thank you,

    Kelly

I do not have that recipe. However I have tried a recipe out of Dana Carpenders book(500 Low-Carb recipes) and it is good to dip meats in. It is also delicious on salads. Strong garlic flavor. Mummmm

    creamy garlic dressing

    1/2 cup mayo
    pinch of salt and pepper
    8 cloves garlic, crushed
    2 tablespoons olive oil
    2 tablespoons wine vinegar

Combine all the ingredients and store in the refrigerator tightly covered.

6 servings with two grams of carbs, a trace of fiber, and a trace of protein

I made something similiar using 3 tablespoons mayo, 1 tablespoon minced garlic (I have a big jar of preminced garlic) and 1 tablespoon fresh ground pepper. I love the stuff.
