  • What to do with Davinci SF Syrup???

I have Vanilla and Hazelnut that my mom sent me. I know I need to wait until after induction, but then what? I don't drink coffee, so that's out. I also don't have access to funky ingredients (you know, the stuff you have to go to specialty stores for).

Is there anything really simple and yummy?

    Thanks!!!!!!

Esp. looking for a Christmas treat that is Atkins friendly (and not too far off of induction legal either).

I believe you can use it to add flavor to Atkins friendly Cheesecake recipes. Or clouds.

I use it to substitute for the flavoring and sweetener in recipes like pumpkin pie, cheese cake, flax muffins, ice cream, panna cotta, etc.

Just know that the syrup were developed for use with coffee, so the syrups take that into account. For example, the French Vanilla syrup, imo, it smells and tastes like Aunt Jemima or Log Cabin pancake syrup on it's own or in non-coffee items. Put it in coffee, however, it smells and tastes like French Vanilla.

They're good as a hot winter drink. Just add some of the syrup and some cream to a cup of hot water.
