Anybody have any recipes for an induction safe buffalo chicken? Before I started atkins I loved buffalo chicken strips but now I cant seem to find any that is induction safe.

Yeah, or you can use the chicken tenders.

The popular sauce is Frank's mixed with butter as stated above...

The wings with the bone are fine too...the skin on them gives them the nice crispness...

I like to beat a couple of eggs with a dash of salt, pepper, and a dash of Frank's and water or cream. Dip chicken tenders (or whatever cut your prefer) in egg wash and then in grated parmesan cheese. You can fry it or bake it to make a breading. After frying or baking then coat in a mix of melted butter and Frank's.

Franks RedHot sauce (1 cup) and butter (1//2 cup) is the true recipe. I have been cooking chicken drumsticks and then putting them in a big tupperware container and tossing them with the hotsauce mixture. Don't forget the blue cheese! I love them cold the next day. I ate them several times during induction and at least once a week now!!! Can't get enough!
