I do it with talapia all the time. I spray cooking oil on aluminum foil then place it on the grill. I then lay the fish on the aluminum foil and sprinkle the side with cajun spice after that side is done I do the same thing to the other side. It is delicious

We used two methods, first is to make an aluminum foil envelope for the fish. Along with the fish I put in butter and dill. Close the envelope so the fish is sealed inside and put it on the grill. It's great stuff.

When we want to grill it so that it has the grill mark and everything we use this contraption we bought designed for just that purpose. It's made of metal bars and look something like a flat basket. We jsut put the fish in there and pop it onto the grill. The basket holds the fish together and makes it really really easy to turn it over while still giving it nice looking grill marks. I've seen them in a lot of places usually around $10 to $15 dollars if you want to pick one up.

I just got my grill so I am learning how to do things. .I just went to town and paid some bills and didn't even think to stop and look for those to buy.. Figured I spent enough money paying bills...lol

I usually only like fried fish..and since I can't put cornmeal on it.. I can't have that.. I don't like baked or broiled fish it makes it slimy.. So at a restaurant not too long ago I had Grilled fish and it was sooooooo yummy...
