    Lo Carb Coconut Shrimp?

        I agree, I think the Almond flour would do well with the coconut. I think I might give that a try.

            It reads "salt and pepper to taste" to me

            Edit: Disregard, I thought you were talking about the Shrimp. I see it in the chicken recipe now. Probably a misprint?

              That's even funnier cause I didn't even notice I was reading a chicken recipe--where is my brain! LOL Salt # 38 sounds like some kind of exotic spice :geek
