Your best be is homemade whiipped cream (i've never understood why people like cool whip..tastes greasy to me). You just mix heavy whipping cream until stiff with an electric mixer, and sweeten with sweetener. You can also add a bit of vanilla extract.
Don't make large quantities as once though..as it will deflate if kept too long in the fridge, best to make in small batches.
I took 4 oz of cream cheese, 1 cup heavy cream, a spash of vanilla and 4 packets of splenda and whipped it up with a hand mixer. I seperated it into three seperate little bowls. It was AMAZING! BUT be careful, that's 4 or 5 carbs a bowl.
