Flax Seed Meal

I bought some flax seed meal today. I like hot cereal in the morning. Someone on ha mentioned how they fix this for breakfast with a little cream. I was wondering if someone could send it to me or post it.

Check the cookbook, that may have it, if not 2big has the recipe and you can PM her if she doesn't see this. Its not bad with a little cinnamon.
