My Mom and I are throwing a baby shower next Saturday, August 2nd, and I'm in charge of dessert. Does anyone have any Induction friendly dessert recipes that they can pass on? I'd like to make some things that I can eat.
We're having mini-croissant ham and chicken salad sandwiches, (I should say they are because I can't do the croissants!), a veggie tray, cheese tray, chips, jello salad, and a mixed fresh fruit salad. That's what I know of now.
Bren suggested the cheesecake with the almond crust, which I couldn't eat yet because I can't have nuts, but sounds nummy!
Any suggestions would be great!
